What is your cancellation policy?

If you wish to make any cancellations to your order within 14 days, please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply. Orders cancelled within 72 hours notice prior to the customer pick-up date are subject to a 100% cancellation charge. The 100% cancellation charge applies for any orders which have been packed to go, which means the order has been prepared. Some exceptions apply.

How do I place an order?

To place an order, the best method is to use our website and create a quote on the RENTALS (insert hyperlink) page. Select the items and quantities, input date and venue details, and submit the quote. We will receive the request and send a formal quote soon after. How long is the rental period?

All rental items are quoted for a one-day use. Should you wish to use our rentals for a prolonged period of time, please contact us to be given a long term quote.

Can I pick up my order?

Absolutely! We kindly request that the vehicle used to pick up your order be large enough and enclosed to securely hold all items rented. If you require an earlier pick up time, please contact us to see if all of your items are available.

What happens if I need to make changes to my order?

Please note that one week prior to the Out Date, orders are packed and cannot be reduced. Once the order is assembled, full charges apply. Final changes to item counts need to be placed at least 14 days prior to customer pick up. Equipment added to your order within one week of the Out Date may be subject to last minute order fees.

What happens if I return the order later than agreed to?

All late rentals will be charged a late return fee of $160.00 for each day. Should we require the items for another order, we will make the accommodations and arrangements to pick up the items ourselves, at the cost of the set pick up and labour fee of $100 charged to the credit card on file.

How do I make a consultation appointment?

We would be delighted to meet you! If you would like advice on how to set up your event, or how to use our rental offerings, we can certainly set up a virtual meeting to discuss. These appointments are free of charge.
