Rental Period and Rates
All rates are quoted for a one-day, single-use event. All customers are to pick up and return equipment on their own. If you require a different rental period or accommodation, please contact us for rate information. All charges are for time out use whether used or not. Pick-ups must be scheduled within our working hours: 10 am- 4:30 pm. Prices and policies are subject to change.

Order Changes
∙ Final changes to item counts need to be placed at least 14 days prior to customer pick up.
∙ One week prior to the Out Date orders are packed and cannot be reduced.
∙ Equipment added to your order within one week of the Out Date may be subject to Last Minute Order Fees.
∙ Once the order is assembled full charges apply

Pick-up, drop off, and damaged items
At this time, we do not offer delivery. Pick-ups must be scheduled within our working hours: 10:00 am- 4:30 pm. Outside of these hours, we are not responsible for rental items nor any lost/stolen/damaged rental items. In the event space is damaged by rental company equipment, the renter will be responsible for any repair costs that may be incurred.

Ensuring your satisfaction is our top priority. When you book your order, the items are immediately reserved for you on your requested date and are no longer available for other customers. To ensure you have all the items you need on your desired date, kindly provide us with the maximum number when making the booking. It is important to note that we have specific policies in place regarding changes to your order due to this reservation process.

If you wish to make any reductions or cancellations to your order within 14 days, please be aware that a cancellation fee will apply. On the other hand, if you need to increase the number of items, please notify us prior to your pick-up and availability will be checked accordingly. Any additional items will be billed separately. To make changes to your order, please send us an email. This policy is in place to ensure the accuracy of your order when it is packed.

Unless prior arrangements have been made, you can pick up your rental between 10 am – 4:30pm on the day before your event. The return time should not exceed 12:00 pm on the specified day in your rental confirmation. You can either pick up the order yourself or designate someone else to do so. In the latter case, the person picking up your order should know the name under which the order is booked and settle any remaining balance. If you need the rental before 10:00 am on the day before your event, please contact Premier Rentals Ottawa to inquire about the possibility. Please note that any damage occurring from transportation to and from the event site is your responsibility.

To avoid any additional charges, we suggest that you carefully check your order before returning it to ensure that all items and packaging are accounted for. Premier Rentals Ottawa also conducts a thorough count of every order upon its return. If you are unable or unwilling to wait while our staff to count your order upon return, we will not accept any claim regarding missing or damaged items. Please note that due to the high volume of orders we handle daily, there may be a slight wait as returns are processed on a first-come, first-served basis.
